Billing & Insurance Information

Upon Admission, please bring your insurance cards for certification of insurance benefits. A deposit will be required unless you have sufficient acceptable hospitalization insurance. If you are covered under the provisions of Medicare, Medicaid, or Champus, you must present your insurance card at the time of admission.

Hospital insurance plans do not normally provide full coverage of hospital charges. We will cooperate to the fullest extent in expediting your claims, but you are ultimately responsible for the settlement of your account with us. Final payment or assignment of sufficient insurance is to be made at the time of discharge.
