Our team forms a relationship with each person they have the privilege of taking care of. We are passionate about what we do for our patients. Eliminating obesity disease and the additional problems it causes is central to our focus as a bariatric surgery center of excellence.
Dr. Domkowski is the Medical Director of the Steward Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Program at Sebastian River Medical Center. Dr. Domkowski has practiced in Brevard and Indian River Counties since graduating from Duke in 2004..
He obtained his medical and graduate degrees from Georgetown University and completed his formal surgical training at Duke. Dr. Domkowski is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and is a fellow of both the American College of Surgeons and the American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgeons. He has proudly served on the Executive Committee for the Florida ASMBS State Chapter and has published in SOARD and written textbook chapters on bariatric surgery. He focuses his practice on robotic bariatric and general abdominal surgery.
Julia Fuller is a board certified Nurse Practitioner who has been serving the Sebastian community since 2013. She is a graduate of University of Central Florida and University of Cinncinnati. She has over 20 years of nursing experience and is honored to provide the best care for our bariatric and surgery patients.

Jenny has over 30 years of experience in healthcare. She has served in a clinical capacity as a Board-Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist and administrative capacity as National Director of Development for two Fortune 500 healthcare corporations. She most recently served as CEO of a regional specialty practice group. She retired and moved to Sebastian in 2022. Realizing that she wanted to return to her passion - serving patients, programs, and communities, she joined Sebastian River Medical Center as the Bariatric Program Coordinator. She soon recognized the exceptional quality of care provided by the surgeons and hospital staff and looks forward, every day, to serving the Bariatric Program.
